just a simple one ~ part 1

Again..I am back here....Been a long time since I really update the events that happened, the feelings that surrounded me.....and so on..

Many things had happened since the last time I post up the event/ birthday wishes to Vic and Jenn...~ good ones, bad ones...one by one just happened

That was ages ago I guess ~ 4th March.....today is 14th April dy..

That time I am still the President of CSSUKM, I am still in the committee, Still running here and there trying to figure out stuffs..That time as well I am busy preparing for my Karnival Pendidikan Khas...and now I am no more the president but I had my successor to continue leading CSSUKM, I will be the member, I no need to run here and there that often anymore...My Karnival Pendidikan Khas had already passed..There are just so many things that happened during this one month..


One month ago was my Karnival...The day was a tiring day for me as well for my beloved coursemates...We went there early morning despite the rain, start preparing...waiting for the students and the parents to come for this carnival specially made for them..=) Slowly, everyone was there and we started with performances of various schools that participated in that carnival..Is really amazing when you see the kids did their performances, some even did better job than us the typical ones...=) 2pm is the closing ceremony which we invited our coordinator for our programme as well as our course lecturer. It rains heavily that afternoon, but then thank God that we actually prepared umbrellas...Haha...for sure what you guys thinking ~ we "played" under the rain while clearing the stuffs in the middle of the field..*_^ Is fun though


The following Friday, 20th March was the Nomination Day for CSSUKM. We as the outgoing excos changed the way of having nomination day...We actually sat down and planned for the system for one whole week before Nomination Day and I think that actually do strengthen the bonds between all of us...=) We planned to have a REAL Nomination Day instead of the one we did previously...People will be nominating friends that they think are capable enough to be in the next committee team...and those who got the highest vote will be in the list of candidates whom will be attending interview session with the outgoing ones..=P (*It sounds scary, aren't we?hahaha...) The interview session being carried out for 4 days due to some of the candidates cant make it for the first 2 days.....

21st till 24th March we actually interviewed the nominees...You just can't imagine where we actually interviewed some of them ~ BUS STOP!! But then it was a GREAT experience for us ~ the interviewers to know the person in a deeper sense..=) Through these sessions, we get to know the weaknesses of the system, the characters of the person, the point of view of nominees towards the activities and the way of us handling the CSSUKM and there are many more we discovered..=) FUN!


21st March, we went to visit Welcome Community Home at Batu Arang which is near to the Selangor boarder (If i am not mistaken*_*) We joint hands with the youths in HFK. So, there are 5 cars heading towards the place where 2 cars actually went loss half way through..@_@ one of them is our car drove by Alfred...We went through the whole Selangor I guess..Haha..Guess what??we passed Batu Caves, SUnway and alot of places more...Hehehe....and in the end, we reached there and tak sempat do our ice breaking games..=( *poor Hailey and Darryl... It was a great experience to get expose to HIV/AIDS patients....we wont get to break the stigma in our mind that we should stay away from them before we actually visited them...They just simply an ordinary person which they might just the same as YOU and ME, just that they are suffering from the sickness, the disease which humans will label them in ways people wanted to...


27th March was the BIG DAY for me as well as for CSSUKM. We had our AGM on this day...We managed to run this AGM smoothly and I wanted to congrat all the new committee members ~ Gnet, AlexW., Ern, Tata, Steph, Lester, Conn, Brend, Hail....You guys are the one that people actually chosed and have faith on....Do bring the hope and the L.O.V.E into CSSUKM. The fire will be continue burning as long as the hope, the faith, and the LOVE is there...I know that most of u had experienced how the CSSUKM works throughout the whole year and I believed that YOU do learnt many things out of it...I had seen all of you grown up to be a more matured young ladies and young man in decision wise, faith wise...Do continue lead the spirit of CSS to the higher point!=)

And this is the day I actually stepped down from the position of President...Happy and sad at once..Happy that there are people willing to run and take up the position of President, willing to serve CSSUKM, happy that I actually achieved some of the targets I set when I was newly elected..Sad because I somehow knew that it will be a different way of my life which I will lead on during my 4th year in UKM. I won't be having all the meetings to look forward to, don't have those sms chains that I will need to send but receive it now..I just can't believe that 2 years had just passed without us noticing it....time FLIES!!!!!!!!! But, no matter what, still ~ the spirit will be there, and I hope it does for YOU ~ James, Mark, Hil, Pat and Bridget..=)
