This is not the "Last Lecture" as in LAST but is our last Tekanan lecture. This term 'Last Lecture' by Randy Pausch, you can find it in youtube and it is an awesome 'Last Lecture' given by him.

We had been learning stress management, burnt out throughout the whole term and we had seen so many groups presenting their modules on how to release stress and avoid it as well as burnt out. There are several ways as what I still remembered, I hope it helps for people who read my blog out there!
Tips:
1. Breathing ~ use ur nose to breathe more than ur mouth cause ur mouth will only give u little oxygen than what ur body needs compare to ur nose.
2. Aromatheraphy
3. Drink tea especially Blank tea to reduce your stress (*I tried, it HELPS!*)
4. Laughing theraphy ~ look at those funny pictures and have a good laugh
5. Do some puzzle ~ believe that if u are under stress, even the simplest puzzle, YOU CAN'T SOLVE it.
