Started working at r.m. after my graduation. Before getting the job I attended for the 2nd interview, someone with a cynical look and smile telling me:" I don't understand why you study education and you come and work over here." ~ Deal, meaning that only those who study management will be able to work in that place? Or to say, people who do not take education can't teach/educate?! But then still many became GSTT and after that still be able to educate students....That is what people say ~ PREJUDICE...
Started working on 1st, salary not bad compare to other jobs as I am still a fresh grad. ^_^...despite the long working hours, that is still a place where u can gain lots of experiences!!=) Soon, the spirit getting lower and just don't know starting from when, many had those feelings ~ the people environment is....erm.....
People or better to say human beings, we appreciate praises when u did something correct / you completed your task given by superiors! Just a simple ~ Wow, that's great!! and that you will make someone's day brighter!! No doubt that you have to correct people when they are wrong, and of course the other way round, if they do something correct or completed the task, tell them, let them know that they are being appreciated....Even a dog, if they listen to what you instruct them, you will also say it :" good dog!" That is just animal, now you are dealing with HUMANS! ~ for those time I was there, I hardly never hear any words of appreciation...
Remember, when your children or anybody did something well, or they manage to improve from the previous case ~ praise them!! it's FREE and you will made their days plus they will gain their self confidence and increase their self-esteem!!Try it and no doubt, you will feel happier throughout the day too!!
Other than appraisals, show people some LOVE. Again, its all FOC....Caring your team members is always a PLUS point to gain their respect. With their respect to you, you are happier, you get your things done in time. Why not?! No harm though!!
LOL, besides that, I still enjoy my every moment there. Lunch with colleagues, knowing new friends, having fun with my team members....they are those who brighten up my days!! Thanks all....*_^

yup, after we graduate we already become have a sense of money* become reality.
is great, u can have lunch with your colleagues. i seldom eat with them but with my father ~*v*~
emm yeah, i also find out that spirit become down.
have somebody before graduate have told me working life is like what you said doing good also nobody praise in you. eventhough we need praise from other, but i have already trained myself own praising.
